Avoyd 0.8.2 focuses on the Voxel Editor.

Heightmaps can now be imported along with colour information by selecting the alpha channel as height and selecting 'Create Material Palette from RGB' along with the number of colours you want the RGB information to be paletised to. This also allows you to import an image by setting the Max Height to 0 voxels and Floor Thickness to 1.

The anchor controls have been modified so that the axis handles maintain a given percentage of screen size irrespective of position. This change also improves control of the anchor widget when moving it using the handles.
The Minecraft importer now assigns pre-flattening materials better, with data values used to assign material variants (for example colours of concrete).
The MagicaVoxel importer now positions models with non cubic bounding boxes correctly, sets diffuse materials smoothness to zero and fixes a crash when importing models with long names used for nodes/layers.
