Avoyd 0.7.7 - Fixed crash when pressing modifier key with some keyboard layouts

We're a bit embarrassed about this bug. For instance pressing 'Alt' on a French keyboard would crash Avoyd completely.

We've fixed it in version 0.7.7, now out: Avoyd no longer crashes when pressing unnamed modifier keys on specific keyboard layout.
