Thread - Avoyd 0.7.5 - Import Minecraft dimensions Nether and End and improved Material selection in heightmap import

This release adds support for importing Minecraft 'The Nether' and 'The End' dimensions as well as the normal 'The Overworld' dimension, and improves the material selection user interface for heightmap imports.
