Avoyd 0.8.1 - Fix for "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found" when running Avoyd

This release fixes an issue where Avoyd cannot be started due to the error "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found".

Downloading and installing version 0.8.1 will resolve the problem.
