Avoyd 0.1.17 - Crash fix

This release fixes a crash that occurs when attempting to start Avoyd. If you've encountered this problem, download Avoyd from the home page and run the installer.

CHANGED - Tutorial rewording.
FIXED - Avoyd not starting due to missing CRT DLLs
FIXED - Imported Minecraft maps now have correct name of map for saving as Avoyd files.
